Gary Medcraff and his team have been been highly influential for over 20 years in mergers and acquisitions within the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) sector. His journey began in 1986 as an investment analyst with a leading discretionary IFA in the South of England. Following this his expertise led him to work in the city with one of the largest fund management companies in the world.
In 2001, Gary established Darwin Smith, driven by a vision to specialise in the sale of IFA practices. What started as a focused endeavour has blossomed into a well-rounded service that now includes the sale of accountancy practices and insurance brokers.
